Dr. Rakesh Potu was born and raised in India. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bharath University (BIHER). After graduation, he worked as a general dentist in private practice for over 8 years. His passion for Esthetic Dentistry led to his travel to the United States. He completed his two-year fellowship course (Advanced Education in Esthetic Dentistry) from New York University, where he was extensively trained in minimal invasive dentistry, smile design and full-mouth adhesive rehabilitation. During this fellowship, he developed interest in prosthodontics which brought him to University of Minnesota for the Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics, In his three years training He gained extensive skills and knowledge in removable, Fixed and Implant Prosthetics along with Surgical aspects. In his spare time, Dr. Potu loves spending time with his family, hosting friends and exploring new cuisines.
