I was very clear about my scheduling constraints when booking and had even secured another appointment that fit my availability. After receiving a confirmation call that this office could accommodate me, I cancelled the other appointment since I’ve been coming here for a while. On the day of the appointment, I was told it was being cancelled. Felicia’s response was extremely dismissive and came across as “I don’t care, deal with it.” The cancellation was frustrating and the way it was handled left a very bitter impression. I had a strange and disappointing experience at this dental office. As soon as I walked in, before any check-in, consultation, or even a basic discussion about my visit, the receptionist immediately asked me to make a payment for the day’s balance. What felt unusual was that no service had been provided yet. I wasn’t examined, no cleaning had been done, and they hadn’t even reviewed my insurance or discussed the treatment plan. In my experience with other dental offices, payment is usually handled after the service is completed or at least after explaining what will be done. Many places also discuss insurance coverage or offer payment options if needed. Being asked to pay right away without any service or explanation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe patients should be properly checked in, informed about the procedure and costs, and then billed appropriately. Dr. Kirani is the best dentist I have seen! She knows her stuff and always recommends the best treatments and aftercare for her patients! My teeth haven’t looked better! She always asks to see how I’m doing during my visits to make sure I’m comfortable the whole time! The whole staff at Naba is welcoming and super friendly. I’ve had a great experience at NABA Dental. Dr.Kirani is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. BAD EXPERIENCE. They were good for clean ups but when I needed a filling, it broke the very next day. They tryed to fix it and ended up ruining my teeth, so they wanted me to do a $1,900 crown to fix their mess. Clinic team is nice tbh, but unprofessional.

Easy in and out. Doctors and tech take their time to explain what is going on with my teeth. also explained my options to extract my wisdom tooth that had a nerve close by and recommend going to a surgeon with and without anesthesia and how to save or avoid out of pocket costs. They never finished my teeth and they never provided me with the crown and wanted to forcing me pay for the crown even before it arrives. Beside that they kept lying about the crown and their billing person ( she is the most nasty and rude person ever )
